Refund policy
Last updated 18 October 2026
14 days to change your mind
When you first subscribe to a paid Welodge plan, you can cancel within 14 days without giving a reason and get a full refund. The 14 days start on the day after your payment is taken.
This applies to your first payment for a plan. Automatic renewals are not covered, so cancel before a renewal if you don't want to continue. You can cancel at any time in Settings, and your plan then runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
How to ask for a refund
- Email support@getwelodge.com within the 14 days, from the address on your account, saying you want to cancel and be refunded.
- We confirm by email and cancel your plan. Your account moves to the Free plan and your data stays, unless you ask us to delete it.
- The refund goes back to the card or other method you paid with, with nothing deducted. Expect it within 14 days of your request, and sooner in most cases. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Who handles the payment
Our payments are processed by Paddle, who sells our subscriptions as merchant of record. Refunds are paid by Paddle on our behalf, and Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Your receipt comes from Paddle and shows the amount and any tax. Refunded tax is returned with the refund.
After the 14 days
We don't refund part-used billing periods or renewals once the 14 days have passed, unless the law says we must. If something went wrong, such as being charged twice or being charged after you cancelled, email us and we will put it right.
