Export or delete your data

Take a copy

In Settings, under Your data, select Download all my data. You get a zip of spreadsheets: properties, tenants, leases, invoices, payments and more. Keep it as your own record, or use it to move elsewhere. It's available on every plan.

Delete your account

In the same place, Delete my account permanently removes your business account and everything in it: properties, tenants, leases, invoices, payments, certificates, uploaded files and your sign-in. It can't be undone, so download your data first.

1. Open Settings and expand Delete my account.
2. Type your business name to confirm.
3. Select Delete everything.

If you have a paid plan, it is cancelled as part of this.

Your tenants' information

The people you add to Welodge are your tenants, and you decide what to keep about them. Our privacy policy explains what we hold and why.
