Reminders to tenants
With Remind tenants about rent on in Settings, Welodge emails a reminder 3 days before the due date, and then a weekly nudge while an invoice stays unpaid. The messages come from your business name and include a link to the invoice and the reference to use.
Reminders stop as soon as the invoice is paid. Turn them off in Settings if you would rather chase people yourself.
Seeing who owes you
Open Reports and choose Arrears. It lists every overdue invoice, grouped by how late it is in 30-day steps. Download the CSV for your records or to give to your agent.
Overdue status
Welodge checks every morning and marks an invoice overdue once its due date has passed with money still owing.
